Porsche 911® engines since 1973 have had the bad habit of backfiring and blowing a hole in the air box. 911® Pop Valve is installed inside the air box and when a backfire occurs the valve will instantly open and release the backfire pressure. The Pop Valve then automatically closes and the engine continues to run. The 911® Pop Valve conforms to all emission regulations and has no effect on performance or gas mileage. CIS Injection Only
