Ignition Rotor For Porsche Part # MS-1656
Correct Replacement Part A Must For Any Tune Up   Your Porsche ignition rotor fits on the center shaft of the distributor and is inside the distributor cap.  When the distributor turns the ignition rotor, the electric spark from the ignition coil is sent through the rotor to the individual contacts inside the distributor cap.  Over time, these rotors wear significantly and must be changed, often every 30,000 miles. A failing ignition rotor can cause hard starting, rough idling, and poor acceleration. It can also cause the Check Engine Light to illuminate. Continuing to drive with a bad ignition rotor in your Porsche can cause engine misfiring which can ultimately damage very expensive catalytic converters. Performance Products advises to replace the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor at the same time to avoid further problems down the road and keep your baby purring right.   Learn More

Zimmermann Drilled Brake Rotors For Porsche Part # MS-1761
Improved Stopping Distance Over Original Units Engineered For Maximum Performance You don't have to be a racer to benefit from drilled rotors. After all, Porsche puts them on their street cars. Made in Germany, Zimmermann rotors set a standard above all but the most expensive racing rotors. Drilled are proven superior to grooves in allowing hot brake pad gases to escape for improved air-flow and keep your brakes cooler. Drilled rotors are also superior when you encounter wet road or track conditions. Zimmermann drilled rotors feature holes precision machines, relieved and radiused to eliminate stresses and avoid the cracking problem seen in some drilled or grooved rotors. Learn More

Power Slot Brake Rotor For Porsche Part # MS-1762
Latest Brake Technology Stronger Than Cross-Drilled Rotors Harder Stopping, Increased Durability Over Cross-Drilled Patent-Pending Tapered-Slot Design Excessive heat can cause resins in your brake pad to vaporize or "outgas." As the brake pad wears, the used friction material turns into a fine dust. This boundary layer of heat, gas and dust builds up between the pad and rotor surfaces and inhibits performance. Here's where Power Slot's slotted brake rotors make a big difference. Power Slot's exclusive Vac-U-Slots are machined into the rotor and help evacuate gasses and dust, shed heat, and keep the brake pad surface clean. And in wet, raining conditions, our Vac-U-Slot helps push water off the braking surface for better stopping power. Power Alloy metallurgy and directional cooling vanes to improve high temperature performance. PowerSlot rotors are finished in a durable black e-coat on the hat, edges and internal vanes to prevent corrosion. The braking surfaces are left in a bare iron finish to improve brake pad bed-in.
