- Made From Heat-Treated Alloy Steel
The Performance Products Quick-Shift replacement kit will shorten the shift throw by 40%. Made from heat-treated alloy steel, the shift extension is attached to the original gear shift lever. You retain the original lever and shift knob. Installed with normal hand tools (no machining or welding) in less than one hour.
